Welcome to the Baker Place Cabin in Glacier, Washington, where memories are made.

Located at the base of Mt. Baker and one of the closest lodgings to the Mt. Baker Ski Area which also holds the world's record for most snow in a single season (1140 inches (95').

Baker Place Cabin is in the gated community of Mt. Baker Rim (MBR) with amazing hiking, skiing and outdoor attractions nearby including rivers, waterfalls and grand forests. It can be breathtaking!

Cell service is limited on drive up so please print a copy of directions / check in information / lock code prior.

Baker Place Cabin welcomes you!

The space: Entire 2-Story Cabin / Yard. Main floor: Living / Dining / Kitchen / Wood Stove / Master Bedroom (Queen Log bed) / Small bunkroom (Twin/Full Bunk Bed) / Bathroom. 2nd story loft: Semi-Private Queen log bed, couch, lounge chair, games. Outdoor: Deck, Patio furniture, Vintage Ski Chair, Fire Pit (NOT to be used during BURN BANS), Games (cornhole, darts, etc.), sleds (for winter) hammock (summer). Covered Hot Tub.

Baker Place Cabin sleeps a maximum of 6 (strictly enforced). Main bedroom (2), loft semi-private bedroom (2), small bunk room (2). As Baker Place Cabin has one bathroom there is an additional nominal charge for the 5th, 6th person to cover extra housekeeping, maintenance, etc.

IMPORTANT:
- Vehicle Make / Model / License Plate Number / State of registration (or Province) is required PRIOR to arriving as
the HOA requires this for security.
- Guests MAY NOT use Mt. Baker Rim (MBR) community amenities (outdoor pool, club house, tennis courts) as
these are OWNER USE ONLY and our neighborhood will impose fines (which will be guest(s) responsibility).
Baker Place has a covered hot tub, indoor / outdoor games and the neighborhood does have a large play area
(behind clubhouse) that has a dog area, playground and is on a river.
- No parties / Events / Loud Noise / No smoking / vaping
- If there is a Burn Ban in effect than NO OUTSIDE FIRES (propane BBQ okay).
- Any / All fines imposed by neighborhood HOA (noise, outside fires (during burn ban), parking on streets, using or
trying to use community amenities (clubhouse, pool, tennis courts), dogs off leash, etc. will be the responsibility
of the guest(s) and would be charged accordingly.
- One exterior security camera on detached shed looking toward driveway.
- Keys MUST be returned back to Lock Box upon departure time (other guests arriving) - please message us

Baker Place Cabin is in a gated neighborhood community. However, you are in a somewhat remote forested area that can have periodic power outages, internet loss, etc. The hot tub may be down for maintenance, heating up, etc. Insects, spiders, creatures, etc. are a normal part of our beautiful, forested area. We cannot provide any discounts, refunds or cancellations for these types of items that are out of our control. However, our cleaner / hot tub team do a fantastic job to ensure Baker Place Cabin is ready for your arrival.
