Included is a starter supply of basic amenities including paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and spices. You may need to supplement this supply based on individual preferences and usage.

There is plenty of street parking available and for your convenience we provide a complimentary parking pass for use during your stay.

* Up to one dog is allowed for extra $100 per stay. Dog waiver must be signed. No other types of pets are allowed.

* In addition to taxes rental platform may collect, all rentals subject to a Santa Fe Lodger's Tax of 8.1875% tax
* If you are staying with us on Sunday night, please roll the garbage cans to the street for Monday pick-up, then back in place Monday afternoon.
