Sobre Brian

My name is Brian Gerrard and I got into AirBnB to ensure we create a top-notch experience for our guests. I've spent the last 20 years of my professional career learning how to be customer obsessed while building strong relationships that have led to understanding, guidance, and long-term value. Our world is changing and I want to do everything in my power to find new ways to connect us, In order to do that, we need to take care of each other.
