Just 5.5 miles from A Touch of Luxury Cabin, is the Veranda Restaurant at the historic Lake Lure Inn.  Each week, the Veranda holds their Sunday Prime Rib Brunch Buffet from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM; the restaurant is open to the public.  The "Build Your Own"  Bloody Mary Bar is open from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM.  This elaborate spread consists of carved meats, soups, salads, an omelette station, decadent desserts, chocolate fountain with fruit, and many other breakfast and lunch items.  Beverages are not included in the meal price; reservations are highly recommended, but not required.  After dining, feel free to stroll around and peruse the antiques and pictures throughout this historic hotel.
