Tired of Airbnbs that look nice in photos, but when you check in theres two forks, no toilet paper, and the mattresses are terrible?

Our home is set up to have EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay.

Our saltwater pool/spa are set in a fully fenced, VERY private backyard. Large sectional couch & comfortable mattresses (check our reviews for proof!) in each room. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you dont need to leave. But if you do decide to go out, we are close to all the action!

Hi! We are Tyler and Rachel and we are so excited to host you! Tyler works in marketing, and I worked in real estate before having our two girls, and now I get to be a host while at home with them.

We are avid travelers ourselves, as well as parents and dog owners, so we always want our guests and their families/friends/fur-babies to be comfortable.

○ Outdoor music/speakers are not allowed at any time. This includes small Bluetooth speakers. This rule is strictly enforced by city officials. ○ Quiet hours are strictly enforced by the city of La Quinta from 10 pm-6 am. ***However, the restrictions on outdoor sound amplification are 24 hrs per day ○ Must be at least 27 years old to book ○ Only 4 cars are allowed (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway). NO STREET PARKING ○ Pet friendly up to 2 dogs with $100 per dog/per stay fee. ○You may heat the spa, but the pool is only heated up to 80 degrees upon request and with a fee of $80 per day (October-May). Please let us know a day in advance as it takes several hours to heat. ○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back ○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver's license prior to check-in"No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

** Pool maintenance - Tuesday and Friday afternoon ** Gardeners - Thursday mornings ** Child safety pool fence available. Ask for it to be installed prior to check-in ** Pool has a shallow Baja shelf (about 1 foot deep) on one end and at the depth goes to 6.5 feet deep. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care, and be respectful of our neighbors. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
