We are a small, family run vacation management company on Whidbey Island. We have been in business since 2004. We are only about 10 minutes away from the homes that we manage and available 24x7 for all of our guests.

We have room for 2-3 cars max. Please do not back up the driveway - others have tried and caused damage to our neighbors yard. 

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. This will be due 7 days prior to check in. 
 
If all real and personal property are in the same condition upon departure, as when occupancy commenced, the damage deposit will be returned to Renter within 7 days of checkout.

We have an electronic lock at the front door. We will provide an access code 48 hours prior to your arrival. 

If you will be arriving later than 10pm please let us know ahead of time.

We are available as needed by our guests. We are just a short drive away.

Really everything you will need in the kitchen. If not, let us know and we can provide it.

Quiet, lakefront spot but just a few miles from the Clinton ferry and shops, restaurants.

Great outdoor space with room for games (bocce provided), fire pit, hot tub, private dock to the lake, deck with outdoor dining and enclosed dog area. 

We do welcome children but please be aware of our lakefront location. There is a dock in the yard that leads directly to the deep water. Please ask if you have any questions. 

We do allow dogs. Approval is required at the time of booking. Cats and other animals are not permitted at any time. 

Please let us know if you plan to have any day guests. We don't mind a few if we know ahead of time. Parking is limited. Large gatherings are not permitted at any time. 

Great lake views from nearly every room in the house.

Come enjoy a stay on Whidbey Island, right on Deer Lake. This wonderfully private 3 bedroom/3 bath home can accommodate up to 6 guests quite comfortably. You may bring a dog with you but they must be approved prior to your arrival. 
 
All three bedrooms are upstairs. A room with a queen bed that overlooks the lake, a large kids room with a full bed and a twin bed and a large master suite with a King size bed. The master suite has its own deck overlooking the lake, a wonderful view tub in its own bathroom and a television. There is a second full bathroom with a shower/tub shared by the other two bedrooms. 
 
The main floor has a large kitchen & dining room that leads out to the deck overlooking the lake. The kitchen is quite spacious and is well equipped for preparing meals. There is a bathroom with a shower on the main floor and full size washer & dryer. 
 
The living room has large windows to take in the beautiful view of the lake. The television and stereo system are in the den with a large collection of movies, games and books for the whole family. 
 
Deer Lake is a great spot for swimming, fishing and boating. You are welcome to bring your ski boat or kayak. 
 
Our Deer Lake Getaway is just a couple of miles from the Clinton ferry terminal and a short drive to Langley. Its the perfect place for a getaway and to explore beautiful Whidbey Island. Come relax and enjoy this private retreat from the busy world! 
 
With close proximity for day trips to Seattle, Port Townsend, Anacortes, and the San Juan Islands, you can stay put, or travel around. Plenty of shopping, parks and beaches, hiking spots, and great eats all close by, you may not want to travel all that far.
