Please note, the unit is set up with a starter pack of supplies when you arrive. 1 toilet paper roll for each restroom, 1 roll paper towels, 1 laundry pods, 1 dish pods and 2 trash bags. You are to provide anything extra you may need.

Guest will receiving a message with all required details with check in instructions and door code. A parking pass will be left on the kitchen counter. If an additional parking pass is needed one can be purchased ahead of time for $45.00

May cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival date. Refund will be 97% as credit cards fees are not refundable by credit card company.
