BOOKING GUEST: Guest must be 25 years or older to book this home. Guest who made reservation must be onsite during the entire length of the reservation. LINENS: Please put all towels, fitted sheet, flat sheets, and pillow cases from the linen service in the black bins provided and place bins on the carport. Please DO NOT place bedspreads or decorative pillow covers in the bins. AC/HEAT: I know, it sounds crazy but we have to say it, please do not leave doors open while the ac or heat is on. We suggest closing the curtains if you are going to be gone during the day to keep the house cooler on sunny days. The Nest runs in ECO mode - it may take longer to cool down on very hot days, especially if curtains are open. SMOKING: Please no smoking or vaping in the house. Please dispose of cigarettes properly outside, as they are a serious fire concern with the dry summer conditions here. PARKING: Please do not park on the street in the neighborhood. Please do not park in the front yard, side yard or other surrounding home's driveways. EVENTS: No large gatherings are allowed, without prior approval from host. Any additional guests other than the amount noted when booking will need to be approved. Due to AirBnB host coverage rules, we are only covered for listed guests. Unfortunately that means additional house guests (even short visits) without permission will result in all guests being required to leave immediately, without refund. PETS: No pets allowed. Any pet will be a rule violation and a $500 cleaning fee. QUIET TIME: We do have full-time residences around the home and ask our guests to be respectful of them and other surrounding guests. SECURITY CAMERAS: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for the security of the home when not occupied. The private closet is monitored inside by Blink. Blink has no visibility outside the closet into the home. Please do not touch, manipulate, or attempt to destroy the cameras. If guests are caught tampering with the cameras or sensors they will be required to leave immediately, without refund.
