Sapphire Shells is a coastal gem nestled near the seawall in mid-town Galveston Island. As you enter the home, you will feel the calmness of the Island from the modern coastal décor. On certain evenings, the gentle symphony of ocean waves can be heard while you unwind on the patios rocking chairs.
You will love the open floor plan! Spend relaxing evenings in the living room with a 65-inch smart TV. Be sure to check out the chefs dream kitchen, which is fully stocked, including cookware, crockpot, griddle, etc. The Coffee Bar offers convenience with two coffee maker options: Keurig for one or a full pot for the whole family.
Sapphire Shells features 3 elegant bedrooms with black-out curtains in every bedroom for a perfect nights sleep after a busy day at the beach. All bedrooms have 55 smart ROKU TVs where guests can log into their favorite streaming service using their own login credentials.
The primary and secondary bedrooms are located on the second floor and both have KING beds. The primary suite has a spa-like ensuite with a walk-in shower and a large closet with plenty of storage. The secondary bedroom also boasts a KING bed, and theres another full bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combo. The QUEEN bedroom and a convenient half bath are located downstairs.
For our youngest guests, this home also has a pack-n-play, a highchair, and beach toys. The house also comes equipped with fun family games.

To help you make the most of your vacation, we’re pleased to inform you about two nearby community pools available for your use:
Jamaica Beach Community Pool: Located 7 miles from Beachfront Bliss at 16721 Jolly Roger, Jamaica Beach, TX 77554, this pool is ideal for guests staying at Beachfront Bliss.
Lasker Community Pool: Situated at 2016 43rd St, Galveston, TX 77550, Lasker Community Pool is just half a mile from Sapphire Shells and 3 miles from Turquoise Shells.
You will receive an email with links to both pools in your check-in instructions. Please review the information for pool hours, fees, and other important details as they may vary throughout the year.
EV Charger:
A level 2 EV Charger plug is available for use - please bring your charging cable.
ALL RENTERS AGREE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES TO BOOK THIS HOUSE:
1. The rental agreement needs to be filled out within 48 hours of booking this home and a copy of a valid government-issued ID will need to be uploaded as a file when filling out the rental agreement (per insurance requirements). The rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking if you book on an online booking site. You risk being canceled if you do not take care of this step within 48 hours.
2. This home has a strict NO SMOKING and NO EVENTS/PARTY POLICY
3. Maximum number of guests is 8 and limited to only those listed on the rental agreement.
4. Minimum age of primary renter is 25
5. Any cancellations with a refund will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
PET RULES:
Pets: This is a private Rental Property and only two pets (dogs only) are allowed that weigh 50 pounds each or less. Please keep your pets off the furniture and monitor them closely as the Owners are not responsible for their safety.
THE GUESTS AGREE:
- There will be an additional $200 fee if pet hair is found on furniture or bedding.
- All excess dog hair will be swept, vacuumed, or otherwise picked up and removed from the inside of the home before departure.
- Pets must be house-broken, up to date on all vaccinations, especially rabies, and at least one year old.
- All pets must be treated with topical flea repellant 3 days before arrival.
- Pets must be crated if left alone in the home and leashed in all public areas.
- Guests are responsible for their pets supplies including food, beds, blankets, bowls, etc.
- To rinse off dirt and sand that the pet may have accumulated while outside, and dry thoroughly before entering the Rental Property.
- To clean up after their dog and dispose of their waste promptly.
- To keep the dog from being noisy and/or aggressive and causing annoyance or discomfort to others.
- Dog beds, blankets, etc. will not be washed in the washer and dryer in the Rental Property.
- Any dog with a recorded history of biting is strictly prohibited.
- If any sign of pet damage or an unauthorized pet is discovered, then the Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the Guest an additional minimum $500 fee.
- The Pet fee is per dog and nonrefundable. 2 dogs max under 50 lbs. $59/pet nonrefundable fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be crated if left alone.
- To communicate with the Owner about bringing a dog and getting approval from the Owner via the booking platform messenger, text, or phone call before bringing a dog or risk being charged $500 for nondisclosure for each animal.
****Please note the owner and her 2 kids are highly allergic to cats so cats WILL NOT be allowed on the property.

House Rules
- To finalize the booking, we will send you an electronic rental agreement to sign so please be on the lookout for that in your email. We will also need a copy of your ID which can be uploaded securely when filling out the rental agreement. This must be completed within 48 hours of booking as it's required per our insurance and HOA.
- Guest signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years, the name on the credit card must match your ID and rental agreement, and must be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
- No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at the property.
- No Smoking in and around the property.
- If excessive wear and tear is found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded (occupancy is 8 people) or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, the Owner has the right to evict the Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $500. If any sign of smoking, vaping, tobacco product use, and/or illegal drugs is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
- Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
