Located directly across from Kiheis most popular swimming beaches, Kamaole I, II, and III our condo offers the perfect combination of convenience, luxury, and tranquility.
Step inside our newly renovated condo, carefully designed to create a welcoming and stylish experience for our guests. The remodeling was completed in June of 2023, with the goal of providing a fresh, modern, and comfortable home away from home.
Our condo provides a comfortable place where you can unwind after a day of exploration and adventure. Relax on the sofa and watch your favorite shows or movies on the 55 flat-screen Roku TV. The Split AC system in both the bedroom and living room, allows you to comfortably adapt to the islands tropical climate.
Our newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, and a wide range of cookware and utensils, the kitchen provides everything you need. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, at the island bar, or take your meals outside to the private, ground floor level lanai, where you can enjoy your meal and tropical beverages while enjoying the Maui breeze and breathtaking sunsets.
When its time to sleep, the bedroom offers a brand NEW Serta Hybrid king-sized mattress and platform bed. Thanks to the Split AC system, you can adjust the temperature to your liking, ensuring that you stay cool and comfortable throughout the night. The newly remodeled bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures, quartz counters, featuring a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

Note: a smoking bench is located on the far left of the upper parking lot.

We are Kathy and Leo. We have been coming to the Hawaiian islands for over 20 years. Although we have enjoyed other Hawaiian islands, we fell in love with Maui. From the time that we first visited Maui, we discussed the possibility of, someday, owning property on Maui and now we have finally achieved our dream.

Condo uses a Keyless lock system. Every guest will have a unique 4-digit PIN assigned to them. PIN is valid from 3 PM and after on day of arrival and expires at 10am on departure day.
Early check-in and check-out may be available only when pre-arranged with Kathy & Leo (owners) in advance, provided there is no guest check in or guest check out that same day.

Payment Policy
Terms of Reservation: 50% of total balance is due at the time of booking (deposit). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations not paid in full within 60 days of arrival are subject to cancellation. Refunds will be made in accordance with the cancellation policy below. Reservations with less than 60 days until arrival are due in full at time of booking. Failure to submit payments on time may result in cancellation of reservation without refund.

A hold for $350 will be put on your credit card the day before your check-in. The hold will be lifted 5 days after check-out. No actual charges will be put on your card unless some damage is done to our home.
Cancellation Policy
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $165.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
