*We provide a starter kit for toilet paper roll, dishwasher tablet, paper towel, hand soap, laundry detergent, small shampoo, conditioner, garbage bag etc.
*There is NO community access to a pool, but the private beach with sandbar is very close and less crowded
*Free parking for up to 3 cars (2 in the driveway, 1 compact in the garage). Note: No street parking, RVs, or large vans allowed per HOA rules

HOUSE RULES
✔ Must be at least 25 years old to book
✔ Maximum 12 guests including children. Additional guest fee will apply for changes or unregistered guests
✘ No pets allowed
✘ No parties
✘ No excessive noises
✘ No smoking/vaping
✘ No illicit drugs
✘ No firearm or illegal activities

The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.
Private beach and the South Walton county do not allow dogs (only by permit for county residents and land owners).

Agreement and Proof of ID:
The rental agreement must be signed electronically and proof of ID provided within 48 hours of booking, or your door access code will not be activated.

A $200 security deposit will be held one day before check-in and will be released a few days after check-out if no damage or violations of house rules are found. It may automatically refreshed on the 7th day depending on the length of stay.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Travel insurance is recommended as refunds are not provided beyond the cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, illness, power/internet outages, things beyond our control, unexpected events, changes in your trip plans, or early departures.
