Your Hawaiian vacation will be EVERYTHING you want it to be as you know your lodging is part of the adventure! In this 3 bedroom and 2 full bath all ONE LEVEL house invites you into paradise! The PRIVATE saltwater pool is ready at your whim and the propane heated hot tub is there to allow a release and relaxation after touring volcanoes, canyons or beaches all day long! The kitchen features a gas stove and oven and open floor plan. But the 600 square foot lanai overlooking an expansive ocean and sunset view is actually the definition of paradise! The home is located in a local neighborhood and screams Hawaii all around! The lower level is where the caretakers reside and are available for any needs you may have during your stay.

Rob and Renee Helten are transplants to the Big Island of Hawaii via southwest Denver, Colorado. We volunteer for YWAM (youth with a mission) for 9 months a year and the other 3 we travel. We would love to share our beautiful Hawaii home that the Lord gave us with other families during these specific dates (10-14 day times) a year.

You can rent our Tacoma Truck as additional bonus to renting the house or rent a vehicle through Turo or another company (Costco is usually has the best rates)

House Rules

No additional cars than those that we have discussed prior to rental. We have 2 on street and 1 off street parking spot available. Please do not park in front of our neighbors' homes.

Cancellation Policy

As we only rent the property 4 weeks a year, we ask that you are solid about the rental BEFORE you go through the process. We understand things happen, but we need to plan for those things too. Planes late or delayed do not warrant a refund, or having to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for this structure and hope you understand!

Notes

We are in a local Hawaii (NO HOA) neighborhood. Please NOTE: they take their celebrations seriously. If you are joining us on or around July 4th or NYE, please know, there will be multiple firework displays that our home is in the middle of hours (and sometimes days) before and after the holiday. You have been warned!
