This beautiful home in Champions Gate features 9 bedrooms and 5 full baths, with 4,250 square feet of living space and 14 beds, sleeping up to 25 of your closest friends or family. The unit boasts a private screened-in pool with safety fence, a hot tub, and convenience to Disney World and all major attractions!
First Floor:

On the first floor of this home you’ll find 2 tastefully decorated suites with king beds and bathrooms. One room is a master suite complete with private master bathroom with access to the pool. The other is connected to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to make delicious, nutritious meals just like at home, and a formal 10-seat dining table on which to serve them. The kitchen opens out to the living room and dining area for an integrated layout ideal for socializing, while a 4-seat breakfast bar breaks up the space. The first floor also features a game room, complete with PlayStations, a foosball table, and a pool table.

External Area:

Moving outside you’ll find a private pool with spa and a covered lanai in a screened enclosure. Comfortable patio furniture including an 8-seat dining table that turns the pool deck into a great outdoor living space, perfect for enjoying a 5 o’clock drink or dinner under the stars. Also available for additional fees are pool heating (recommended between November and April) and a barbecue grill. Your laid-back Florida lifestyle awaits you poolside at this incredible Champions Gate home!

Second Floor:

On the second floor you’ll find 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have king-size beds, while the rest feature an array of sleeping configurations and decorative themes, including two-bed Minions and Disney rooms, and a 3-bed Star Wars room. Also found on the second floor is a media room with a projection setup perfect for movie nights, as well as a full washer and dryer to help you keep your family looking and smelling fresh. Linens are provided for all bedrooms, and towels, hair dryers, and starter shampoos and soaps are provided in all bathrooms. View the floor plan to learn more.

House Rules Overview:

- NO parking on the grass nor blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways.
- Trailers, Buses, Recreational Vehicles, Trucks, Commercial Vehicles, and other similar vehicles are not permitted inside the community.
- Trash is to be placed in the provided bench/container DAILY. Please bag ALL trash in 13-gal bags & place in the trash can to avoid any extra charges. DO NOT PLACE ANY TRASH BAGS OR BULK ITEMS ON THE CURB.
- Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.

DO NOT PLACE ANY TRASH BAGS OR BULK ITEMS ON THE CURB. - Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. - IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY - NO PETS ALLOWED ***AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING: Guest agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. >> Pool Heat $35 Per Day We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months (If pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date, allow 24 (plus) hours for the pool to be fully heated.
