My husband and I had a complete lifestyle change after selling our business in Auckland. We have always had racehorses and decided to buy a farm and keep our horses all together. We purchased a rundown dairy farm and turned it into a boutique equine farm. I had accommodation on the farm, and when we sold in 2014 we purchased our villa. The villa was also in poor order and we are delighted with the way it has developed into what it is today.
