limited to the above.

2. Do I need to bring towels?

No, All bath, beach and hand towels are provided. As well, we provide all bedding that is laundered weekly if staying 14 nights or more.

3. Can I check in early or check out late?

That is a maybe. Unfortunately we can't offer an early check in or late check out until closer to your arrival. If no one is checking out the day you arrive or checking in the day you depart, we do our best to accommodate you. We can not offer late check outs for same day turn overs.

4. Are there any restaurants open in the Low Season?

While many restaurants do close for part or all of the Low Season, many do stay open or close for one or 2 months. You may not get to eat at all of your favourites, but there will be something for you. And hey, you just may have to come back.

5. Is there a blender, blow dryer and coffee grinder?

Yes, yes and yes! What would you make your margarita's with? Mexico can often be very humid, if you have curly or wavy hair, you may want to just forget the blow dryer and embrace your curls :)

6. What will the weather be like when we visit?

While we can't begin to predict the weather, in high season, Mid December to end of March is
generally hot ( ~ 29C, ~84F ), it can cool down in the evenings, but usually a light sweater is enough and often is too much. It doesn't rain often in these months, but it does occasionally. The rainy season is hot and humid, June to September. You can experience heavy rains all day or just an intermittent downpour. I was there for a week in September a couple of years ago with a weather forecast of thunderstorms everyday. It only rained on my last day, every other day was beautifully hot. But there was some wicked lightening storms to watch off the deck at night.

7. Do you have locks for your bikes?

We do have locks for the bikes and ask that you use them if riding somewhere and parking the bikes. We don't however, have helmuts for the bikes. If this is something important to you, I suggest you bring your own from home. Should you use the bikes without a helmut, your do so at your own risk. We also ask the bikes be left in good working order. ie... no flat tires etc...

8. Do you have pantry items?

We do leave our pantry items for you, but can't guarantee that someone hasn't emptied a container with out replacing. We ask if you empty a certain item, please replace it. There is usually the basics, salt, pepper, sugar and other items. Most items can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores. Our cleaning staff do not replace pantry items. There is a reusable filter in the coffee pot, so no need to bring your own or buy any. We provide garbage bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies, hand and body soap. Our cleaning staff will leave 4 rolls of TP in each bathroom weekly. We recommend going to the unit first and checking to see whats there before stocking up at the store.

9. Do you need a car?

Absolutely not! As a matter of fact, most of our guests don't have vehicles with them. Everything you could need for your vacation is within walking distance. There is a large grocery store, only about a 10-15 minute walk and restaurants and local artisans all within minutes of our condo. The Bucerias Centro is about a 15 minute walk, where you will find entertainment, markets and many more restaurants. If you have mobility issues taxi's are easily found close to our condo or our security will call one for you. They are very reasonable at about $50 pesos anywhere in Bucerias. If you do want to venture out, you can rent cars locally or transit is located not far from our condo.
