Hello! I am an aspiring chef, professional Vacation Rental Manager I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and love living near both snow filled mountains and the San Juan Islands! Located 1/2 way between Vancouver, BC and Seattle, WA, it's the ideal location to raise four sons and welcome travelers to this beautiful area. When not in the mountains building and managing vacation homes, my husband and I are avid gardeners, foodies and boaters. Our kids love to go boating with us in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.

Having a child with an autoimmune condition and multiple life threatening allergies dramatically changed the way we travel. Airlines, restaurants and hotels were out of the question for at least a decade. Vacation rentals became our home away from home, and we've come to appreciate the uniqueness of each home both as a traveler and a host. I personaly understand how important accessibility is and built a wheelchair friendly home in hopes to be inclusive to all types of travelers. When I'm not chasing down my four boys, I own and operate Luxury Getaways and love being a host and providing local knowledge about the area. I'm passionate about providing a comfortable and relaxing environment away from the city for guests to relax and recharge their batteries.
