We honeymooned at “Pilot’s Perch” when we were married in April 2014. We so enjoyed our time here, and were so relaxed and refreshed after our stay, that we knew we would have to come back some time. That return visit happened in November 2017. During our stay this second time, we were presented with the most wonderful opportunity of potentially purchasing “Pilot’s Perch” log cabin as our very own personal vacation home in the Blue Ridge Mountains. How cool is that?!?! We thought it would be very cool to own the place where we honeymooned!!! We were very excited about this opportunity and began extensive conversations with the then owners of “Pilot’s Perch”, Clint and Roxanne. Since we loved “Pilot’s Perch” so much, we decided to make it our very own home away from home. It has given us much joy to make this purchase and we are looking forward to having such a quiet and peaceful place we can go to and get away from all the stress of our normal, daily lives and relax and unwind. We are looking forward to making many beautiful, new and happy memories at the cabin. We are blessed to be able to share “Pilot’s Perch” with you and hope you will enjoy the cabin as much as we do and make many beautiful, new and happy memories here as well. The cabin is beautifully furnished and decorated with all the conveniences of home, but we will continue to update and add amenities to enhance our guests' mountain log cabin experience. You will find the only negative thing about “Pilot’s Perch' is having to leave it to go home.
