Hot Tub Trouble Shooting and Operation
While staying at any home, including Tiki House, things can go wrong. To save us from an unnecessary pool pro visit and to avoid being charged for any damages, always follow the hot tub rules. To keep the hot tub clean, add a spoonful of sanitizer (provided and located by the breaker box) after use and run the clean cycle. Turn on the tub and run to keep the filter running. If foaming occurs, sunscreen, body lotions, and soap residue on bodies and suits could be to blame. Make sure everyone showers prior to use to avoid this issue. If it does occur, the filter may need to be cleaned and/or the tub drained and refilled.
Here are some other things to try before calling for help. Always alert us of any problems you have if you can't solve it yourself. Please don't leave it for the pro or the next renters to discover!
