Here is the story:
A stone-built coffee shop "kafeneion" where all prestigious local men used to meet in the old times, was completely renovated and transformed into 2 boutique homes -deluxe apartments with all modern amenities and comfort, in order to offer stylish accommodation, just steps (1 min walk) away from the sandy beach of Nea Hora and within 5-10 min walk from everything: shops, supermarkets, restaurants as well as the center of Chania city and the amazing old town.
Here, you can relax at the sun loungers, enjoy your homemade meals and BBQ in the garden and get a real experience of the local life in Chania!
Car is not needed, but if you decide to rent one, there is parking space in the surrounding streets, free of charge.
The homes are ideal for couples and families, groups of friends, etc
Monthly stays are welcome as well.
