I purchased the home based on its great location! It is my primary residence but I travel frequently for my work as an executive coach and leadership consultant. Our work takes us around the globe, but we always return to this sweet home and Boulder!

Our house is walking distance to what we love: hiking, cycling, yoga classes, live music, excellent restaurants, coffee shops, events at CU & great people watching on Pearl Street Mall!

Our grandchildren also love the house, with its large yard and easy access to Pearl Street Mall, play grounds, ice cream shops, North Boulder Pool, hiking and biking.
