Hello and welcome to Our Sunny VIlla! We are Pat and Rita and have been vacationing in Florida since our boys were little ... 10 and 5 to be exact. There're now 32 and 27! In those years, we've stayed at many places, both Disney properties and private villas.

After finding a holiday villa on Highgate Park, our search was over. The location was great, the owners were lovely and the villa was perfect for us, so we kept going back to the same villa, year after year. Sometimes, several times a year! With each visit, we found ourselves wanting to stay 'just a little while longer'. That's what made us finally decide to start looking for our own little place in the sun.

We've had so many memorable family holidays there and feel especially fortunate to have had the honor of sharing our villa with so many lovely guests who have enjoyed it too.
