Designed for gathering and entertaining, the property features a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit, beautiful pavilion, multiple covered porches, and four private docks including three on Lake Oconee and one on the private pond.

From the moment you arrive through the 24-hour guard gate, you’ll experience the privacy, space, and elegance that make this property truly one of a kind.

Inside The Estate, you’ll find expansive living spaces with panoramic lake views, soaring ceilings, marble floors, elegant finishes, and 13 French doors opening to covered verandas and outdoor seating areas throughout the property. The home was designed to comfortably host large groups while still feeling warm and inviting.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances including a commercial-grade range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite countertops, warming drawer, and everything needed for entertaining large groups. Multiple dining areas provide seating for up to 25 guests.

The main-level Owner’s Suite offers a luxurious private retreat featuring marble finishes, a two-person jacuzzi tub, steam shower, oversized walk-in closet, fireplace sitting area, and adjoining library. Upstairs, guests will find several oversized suites with king and queen accommodations, spa-style baths, and beautiful views. The large bunk room is perfect for kids and larger families.

• Quiet hours begin at 10 PM per Great Waters community regulations
• No bachelor or bachelorette parties
• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver after booking
