Our 2024 construction, located just a short walk to the beach access, offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Four bedrooms on the first floor; including a king master suite with its own bathroom.

The second floor has an open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island, a dining room with plenty of natural light, and a living area opening into a second-story deck. A work desk. Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.
The space

Welcome to Beans at the Beach! Our brand new construction in AVON, NC on Beachcomber Drive, is just a short stroll away from the beach. We are Saturday to Saturday weekly rental, located ocean-side, our house offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Step inside to discover four bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 twin bedroom with twin trundle bed) on the first floor; including a master suite with its own bathroom featuring a double vanity. All rooms have fans, and the king and queen bedrooms have smart TV. You will also find a peaceful reading nook looking over the first deck with our local books that are worth a read.

The second floor has an amazing open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island that seats four, a bright dining room with plenty of natural light with a table that comfortable seats eight, and a living area with a big comfortable sofa and a smart TV opening into a second-story deck with even a little sneak peek of the ocean view. A work desk with a desk lamp is also provided.

Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outdoor shower, and an area to wash off your sandy feet. Our house has parking for max. three cars.

The only Pets we allow are dogs. We love dogs, but to ensure our home remains comfortable for everyone, we consider dog requests on a case-by case basis. If you'd like to bring your furry friend along, please send us a message with details about your pet, and we will do our best to accommodate it. We do not accept cats.

1. Beach chairs are provided for your convince; however, please note that due to the coastal weather in Avon, they may show signs of rust over time. There are beach rentals including beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kayaks that are available to rent on the island. Please bring your own beach towels!

2. Linens/Bath Towels: Sheets and towels are provided - 8 bath towels, 8 wash clothes.

3. A complimentary starter goodie bag is provided and includes: 2 bottle of water, 2 Goldfish snack packs, 2 K-Cups, Small dish soap + sponge, 1 dishwasher detergent, 1 laundry pod, 1 dryer sheet, hand soap for each bathroom, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 paper towels roll. These essentials are just to help you get settled in.

4. Trip insurance is highly recommended to protect your reservation from unexpected events such as weather, illness, or travel disruptions.

About the Location: Enjoy the convenience of being a short walk to the beach, which has two beach access points - one with stairs and one without- getting to the beach is a breeze.

The main sound-side public area (Canadian Hole) is located 8 minutes away with a car and free parking - a great area for younger kids to enjoy the water, paddle boarding, kayaking or Surf Kiting - which is known to be one of the best in the country! Also, has the best sunsets!

Enjoying fishing at the Avon Pier which is only a 4 minute car drive, fishing and bait shop is only 1 minute away car drive.

Food Lion grocery is a 5 minute car drive.

Avon's Farmers Market every Tuesday 9am-1pm (seasonal)

Cape Hatteras Lighthouse (the tallest lighthouse in the USA) is 13 minutes drive, Bodie Lighthouse is 40 minutes drive.

NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island is 60 minutes drive.

We are located a short walk to local amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants, fishing shop, seafood market, ice cream shops and more. Take walks along the sidewalk to explore Avon, or enjoy a bike ride throughout the village.
