11 years ago we purchased Blaen Nant Gwyn, a traditional Welsh long house with a large barn and incredible views in stunning rural Carmarthenshire. The property is high up on Llanllwni Mountain, on the edge of Brechfa Forest and was chosen specifically for its secluded location with stunning countryside views and close to the world renowned mountain bike trails based at Brechfa. With Jay a keen mountain biker and my love of cooking and dogs our plan was to build 2 businesses which would allow us to combine our passions. Brechfa Forest Barns - totally dog friendly holiday cottages and MudTrek Mountain Bike Breaks was born in 2010.
