My idea of a relaxing holiday is with a book on the beach or trekking a mountain.
Any time i get off work is spent camping, trekking, mountaineering ( amateur), cooking, DIY projects , vegetable gardens, reading, conversation with random people ;-)

I think a book a week keep senility away!! Any time is reading time. Some of my fav authors are Agatha Christie, Meave Binchy, Jane Hidden get the drift!!! I try to watch a bit of TV/movies but not much time in our hectic family life.
Music just lifts my soul!!!
