We are the Sims family and we purchased our first condo in September of 2010. We loved meeting so many wonderful guests and sold that unit and upgraded it to a 3 bedroom gulf front condo in 2012. The crazy market in 2021 allowed us to move from a condominium in a large resort to this townhome with a private beach. As they say "Location, Location, Location" was the reason we choose Green Reef #5. We love the beach and especially the white sand beaches of Destin. Our children are now grown and our family has grown from a family of 5 to a family of 8 so we will definitely enjoy the extra room and privacy we get here. We have been vacationing in the Destin area since our children were small and always dreamed of one day having our own place at the beach. When we come to the beach we leave our cares at home in Texas and stand amazed at the beauty of this area. We hope you will stay in our unit and fall in love with the beach the way our family has.
