Hi! We are Megan and Gerry. We've lived in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains since the late 90's. Both from other places North but we couldn't imagine being anywhere else but here! This is our second rental. We live in the neighborhood and are 100% self sufficient in managing and maintaining our rentals.
