My husband and I visited Bear Lake in Garden City Utah for the first time in 2012 and fell in love with the beautiful 'Caribbean of the Rockies'. We knew that someday we would own a place here. In 2017 we bought a condo on the hill just above the state marina with gorgeous views of the lake. This summer will be our third season in the vacation rental market and overall, we have had an excellent experience!

In 2019 we purchased a darling little condo in St. George Utah. It was love at first sight, as it was our very first property we looked at in the area. This unit was completely ready to go, without us changing too much. We often find ourselves wanting to escape the cold and enjoy the warmth of southern Utah at our beautiful, cozy condo.

We are looking forward to many more vacation rental years and eventually adding more properties to our vacation rental portfolio.
