Parking for up to two vehicles in driveway

Damage Deposit will be returned three days following rental to give our cleaning crew time to inspect the premise post rental. Normal wear and tear is expected, but if the house is deemed to be especially unkept or damage is noted, refund will not be issued. Please also follow check-out policy as outlined. No smoking, vaping, drug use or pets allowed. No parties or events. Failure to follow these policies will also result in loss of damage deposit as well as potential eviction without refund.

Key Code entry will be sent within 48 hours of arrival.

Pack n play available. However, there are no baby gates, no cabinet/door locks. Children must be supervised

Beautiful, clean home close to lakes, hiking trails, gourmet market, fishing, boating, golfing

No more than 8 persons may occupy the premises at one time unless prior written consent of the owner is obtained.  All guests over the age of 6 months will count towards the occupancy maximum.  Any party falsely representing the number of guests or, exceeding the maximum, may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.  There is also an additional fee of $100 per person, per night, for over occupancy.

We will allow one housetrained pet. Please be sure to pick up pet waste from the yard. Please do not leave your pet unattended. Please kennel your pet or take them with you when going out.

We have two surveillance cameras on the premises. They are used for security and to monitor snowfall and the need for snow blowing services. One is located above the garage to the left and the other above the front door to the right.

All of the TV’s are SMART so you can access your apps such as Netflix, Disney, YouTube TV, etc…

We live in the San Jose Bay Area and enjoy spending our vacations in beautiful, relaxing Twain Harte-away from the hustle and bustle of the bay. We enjoy hiking and fishing with our kids and experience the wonder of Toulumne County.
