Covid-19 update: Our main priority right now is to keep our guests and cleaners safe and healthy. We are deep cleaning and airing out every unit in between stays. We sanitize all surfaces including doorknobs, handles, light switches, restrooms fixtures, etc. Our cleaners, and myself, wear mask and gloves at all times while in the unit.

Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. The entire space was furnished and decorated in 2020 and includes hard wood floors, two memory foam king size beds, a large 55" TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime & Disney+, a comfortable sofa with a fold out queen size bed, loveseat with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, private in-unit laundry room, and three season sun porch.

The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks.

The bathroom is clean and comfortable, includes a large rain-head shower, tub, granite vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and hair drier.

The unit has it's own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom.

It's a nice quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks from the beach, with off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities.
