A 1940 renovated wooden house in a Quiet neighborhood, Nicely furnished and fully equipped with all the essentials to enjoy the best of south FL.
Cozy guest unit, attached to the main house.
Private entrance, large front yard with seating area, large pool.
Will comfortably accommodate 4 guest.
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom unit is 360 sqft.

Kitchen: refrigerator, electric burner, electric pan, electric pot, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, dinning table+4 chairs.
Main room: king bed, smart TV.
Second room: 2 twin beds (can turn into king size), closet.
*There is no living room or dining room.

You can start your morning with drinking your coffee at one of the sitting areas near the pool and end it with BBQ near your room.
