My place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the views, and the location (desirable Winter Harbor). The dock can house two boats (one small and one standard boat up to 22 ft long). The grassy area next to the house is fabulous for playing games with your kids/grandchildren. While there is no beach it is shallow enough for young children. Fabulous for a getaway or a family reunion.

Escape the confines of your home / apartment in the city for a relaxing time by the water. Our property offers lots of outdoor time from swimming to hanging out on the grass. The property allows for everyone to have their own space which may be just what your family needs right now!

We have a deck, a screened in porch, a gazebo, dock, raft, shaded seating by the water and parking for 4 cars and a boat trailer. There is a full bathroom upstairs, a half bath off the living room and a private half bath in the hallway of bedroom 5, which is a perfect room for teens or anyone looking to use as few stairs as possible as it's off the kitchen and the only bedroom on the first floor.

Bedroom 6 only can be accessed via the master bedroom. It is a converted sleeping porch. Has a TV with VHS and DVDs. Many Disney, Pokémon movies provided as well as some movies for the adults in your group like Gone With The Wind. Futon allows you to use the space for extra sleeping or as a den. A private line completes the room and makes it ideal for making business calls for those working remote.

We are family friendly with child locks, a shower head with a baby setting, a raft and other great amenities. The gazebo down at the dock is great for staying out of the sun and a fantastic space for lunch. The water side seating is shaded and offers great views of the lake and swimming area. Perfect for watching the kids without walking all the way down to the dock or happy hour. Speaking of happy hour there is a wet bar on the screened in porch.
