This luxury Disney-themed villa has everything your family could ask for! Kids of all ages will be entertained for hours in the fully air conditioned Harry Potter themed game room with a proper slate pool table, ping pong and air hockey, along with a 75" big screen smart TV! The luxurious master suite alone is larger than most Disney hotel rooms, and this bathroom you don't have to share! With 4 bathrooms and bedding to accommodate 12+ people, everyone will have a place to call their own. Your family will love the layout with the downstairs King master suite, a smaller Queen room with an en suite, and twin Castle room fit for royalty all on the first floor. Upstairs brings three more bedrooms including two rooms themed to Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh, each with two twin beds, as well as the spacious queen Star Wars room which includes an additional pullout sofa. All bedrooms have TVs with the ultimate cable/movie channel packages along with either smart TV capabilities or a built in DVD player (twin rooms) and free wifi is included throughout the villa.

The open floor plan includes comfortable living room overlooking the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as the outdoor patio and screened lanai. We recently installed new, stainless steel kitchen appliances as well as granite counter tops and new vessel sinks throughout the kitchen and baths.

The large heated private pool and spa sit on an extended s/w facing pool deck which has sun all day. Did I mention the pool has a beautiful custom water fall!?! Most importantly, our villa backs onto the conservation area for ultimate privacy. Take in the sun on our poolside loungers or sit at the table and chairs under the ceiling fan on the covered patio to enjoy a meal from the BBQ grill. This villa has everything you need for a dream vacation!

Ideally situated in Windsor Palms, a secure, gated vacation resort with the ultimate resort facilities. Our renters have full access to the beautiful clubhouse amenities, just a 3 minute walk to enjoy their jr Olympic-sized resort pool (with Tiki bar!), fully equipped gym, free movie theater, arcade, tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. For the little ones, check out the playground and new kids splash pad! Our home is also stocked with essentials to make family travel easier, including a high chair, pack 'n play, and stroller free to use throughout your stay. (If you need extra equipment, just ask!)

If you can tear your family away from the fun-filled villa and resort, you'll have easy access to the world’s greatest theme parks and attractions, shopping and restaurants.

The crowds of Walt Disney World are just 3 miles away, whilst Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive attractions are all within 20 minutes.

Thirty minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 40 minutes to Legoland. Or, head east towards Cocoa beach for a fun filled day exploring NASA or the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic coast!
