Luxury condo is directly on the Atlantic ocean with direct access to walking, fishing, shelling, swimming on beautiful unspoiled Crescent Beach. 3rd floor unit (has elevator) with large rectangular balcony overlooking ocean to the east and large picture windows overlooking the Matanzas River to the west. On property gated entry, covered garage,, swimming pool, tennis court, fishing dock on ICW and private beach ramp access. Condo recently purchased from owner who made it their permanent home so lots of upgrades in furnishings, artwork, baths, kitchens and items not normally seen in a rental unit. Large sectional high quality leather couch in living room with teak entertainment center with large flat screen television. Bose stereo, ATT Uverse 280 channels, password protected wifi and DVD & DVR capabilities as well as local and long distance phone service to US and Canada. Hardwood floors throughout the condo except in bedrooms where high quality carpet and tile as well as high quality window blinds and hurricane shutters. Kitchen has the latest appliances with large double door refrigerator/icemaker, induction range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and water softener. Kitchen well equipped with all small appliances and everything you need to make a gourmet meal if you so desire including dishware, serving pieces, wine glasses, etc. and has several pantries for storage. We are retired produce brokers who have lived in the area for over twenty years. We love the coastal lifestyle and have owned at Windjammer since 1997 owning Unit 305 and recently purchasing Unit 315. We both grew up in South Florida so love the beach, the sun and the laid back atmosphere and of course all the historic aspects of St. Augustine (the oldest city in America) and the wide array of restaurants and places and things to do.

Owner will provide all the information you need to check in to the condominium including a lockbox code, gate access code and garage parking pass. Upon arrival, two keys and a gate clicker will be provided. Guest can check in anytime after 4pm including late check in.
