We've been busy upgrading to make your stay as pleasant as we possibly can. For the 2022 season we've added the following items with more to follow in the near future.
Interior: All new luxury linens, pillows and towels (included). An expansive coffee and tea station. New dishware, silver, pots, pans and other cookware. Ninja pressure cooker and air fryer. New toaster oven. Restocked the kitchen with essentials and utensils. Upgraded the WiFi for better whole house coverage, new smartlocks for easy check in. Added a dedicated workspace with printer included.
Exterior: Outside games like ping pong, cornhole and connect four. New beach carts along with coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas for your trips over to the beach. A fire pit to gather around on the cooler evenings. Four adult beach cruiser bikes in case you want to take a ride through the quiet neighborhood or peddle into town for a pancake breakfast.

Guest required to sign renter agreement. Minimum age to rent is 25.
House Rules
1. Occupancy
Maximum number of adult guests is 12 and the total number of guests including children shall not exceed 16. The primary renter must be age 25 or older and provide a copy of valid government issued ID and sign a rental agreement. The primary renter must be a guest at the property for the entire stay as we do not accept third party rentals. No parties, fraternities, weddings, civic groups, commercial activities, etc. allowed. Exceeding the maximum number of allowed guests will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
2. Security Deposit
A Security Deposit of $1,000 is required. Any damages or rule violation penalties will be drawn against this deposit. This amount will be held on your credit card and released 7 days after your departure. Deposit to be processed by Host on Guest's credit card.
3. Pool and Spa
Obey all posted rules in the pool area. No diving, running, rough play or unsupervised children. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool deck or spa area. We provide plastic tumblers for poolside use.
The pool may be heated during the months of March through May and September through November for a fee of $500.00. Request to heat the pool must be received and paid in full at least one week prior to arrival date.
The pool is serviced 6 days a week during April through October and 3 days a week during November through March.
Broken glass or fecal matter present in the pool or spa will result in immediate pool area closure and the guest will be charged a $500 pool service fee. The pool and spa will remain closed until the hazardous condition is rectified by our pool service.
4. Security Devices
There are four exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell present which cover the front, rear and both sides of the home. Each is always on and will record video and audio when motion is detected. There are no devices inside the home. These are for the protection of both guests and owners. Tampering with or disabling any such device will be grounds for immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
5. Smoking and Vaping
Smoking and Vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the decks. If it is determined that this rule was violated the guest will be charged an additional $500 remediation fee. Please use the designated areas and dispose of butts/filters in the containers provided.
6. Pets
No pets are permitted on property. If you disregard this rule and bring animals, you will be asked to remove the animal(s) and charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
7. Noise and Quiet Hours
The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep music and voices to respectful levels. There is a noise level monitoring device on the exterior of the home which will alert the owner if decibel levels are exceeded during quiet hours. The City of North Myrtle Beach enforces Quiet Hours daily from 11pm to 7am. Violators can be ticketed.
8. Fireworks and Firearms
No guest shall possess or discharge any fireworks or firearms on the property. Doing so will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. Additionally, the City of North Myrtle Beach strictly forbids the use of any fireworks within city limits. Violations will result in stiff monetary fines and potential arrest.
9. Parking
The property is limited to parking for six vehicles which must use the paved spaces provided beneath and in front of the home. No vehicles shall be parked in the grassy areas or along the side of the road. No trailers are permitted to be parked at the property. No vehicle maintenance is to be performed on site.
10. Elevator
The elevator may be used to assist those with mobility issues and to move luggage in and out of the home. Children should not be allowed to operate the elevator without adult supervision.
11. Trash & Recycling Collection
Trash collection occurs on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays during the summer and on Monday and Friday during the off season. Trash should be bagged and placed in the green roll carts.
Recycling (plastic, glass, metal and aluminum cans, paper and cardboard) is collected on Mondays and Fridays. Recycling materials should NOT be bagged and place loose in the blue roll carts.
Carts should be placed curbside prior to 7am on collection days and returned to the house promptly after collection.
12. Check In
Check In time is 3:00pm or later on the scheduled date of arrival. You will receive an access code and additional instructions shortly before your arrival. Once you’ve checked in, please report any issues to the Owner as soon as possible. Requests for early check in during the months of October through April may be considered on a case by case basis. No early check ins will be allowed during May through September.
13. Check Out
Check Out is no later then 10:00am on the scheduled departure date. This time is strictly enforced in order to provide our cleaning service sufficient time to prepare the property for the next guests. Occupying the home past 10:00am may result in the guest being charged an additional nights rental. Please refer to the guest guide for additional check out information.
14. Events and Parties
We do not allow our guests to conduct events or parties on the premises. Doing so will result in cancelation of your reservation without refund and immediate removal of all guests from the property.
15. Furniture and Décor
Please do not move or rearrange the furnishings or décor present in the property. While we try to keep our photos as updated as possible, changes in the furnishing and décor may occur and be different then in the pictures presented.
16. Candles, Incense & Open Flames
