WINTER RENTALS: There may be home construction on our street throughout your stay in the winter months; Monday-Saturday, during the hours of 7:30AM-7PM. Nightly rates have been reduced to reflect the potential for any possible inconvenience. Construction is slated to be complete in the spring of 2021.

WEYMOUTH BEACH HOUSE: Our home is located 1½ blocks to the beach, half a block to local restaurants, and a short Uber ride to the casinos, making it the perfect location to gather with friends and family for an amazing getaway.

PARKING: One car off street space on driveway and 2 parking permits for street parking.

WHY WE STAND OUT FROM THE REST: All Linens, Bedding, Bath Towels, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Beach Badges and a Beach Wagon Provided (No need to rent, buy, or bring your own). We also provide a generous "Starter" Supply of the following:
• Paper Towels/Napkins/Toilet Paper/Tissues
• Coffee/K-Cups/Coffee Filters/Tea Bags/Sugar/Creamer
• Oil/Sugar/Salt/Pepper/Spices
• Tin Foil/Plastic Wrap/Ziploc Bags/Dishwasher Pods
• Washer Pods/Dryer Sheets
• Hand Soap/Bar Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash

CLEANING PROTOCOL: On top of our already rigorous cleaning standards, we also provide a vacancy period of at least 24 hours between stays.

BEFORE BOOKING: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ OUR HOUSE RULES BELOW AND FEEL THAT OUR HOME WILL BE A GOOD FIT FOR YOUR GROUP. OUR HOME IS IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD AND ANY FORM OF PARTYING OR LARGE GATHERINGS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

WHEN REQUESTING TO BOOK, PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: The number of guests in your group including age ranges; How you know each other; Where your group is traveling from; The purpose of your stay; Confirmation that you are over 25 years old, have read & acknowledge our house rules and will share them with your entire group.

HOUSE RULES
• Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM and strictly enforced by Ventnor City PD.
• No unauthorized events, parties or large gatherings allowed. Only guests listed on rental agreement are permitted to be in or around the property at any time.
• The maximum property occupancy is 8 Adults (10 with Children). No unregistered guests, extra friends, or visitors during your stay without owner’s approval.
• Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old. Proof of ID may be required at booking and/or check-in. Unrelated groups of singles are subject to owner approval. For non-family rentals, all guests must be at least 25 years old.
• No Third Party Bookings. Booking Guest must be present throughout entire stay. NO Prom/Graduation/Senior Weekend bookings accepted.
• No smoking/vaping or illicit drug use anywhere in, on, or around the premises. Cigarette Smoke Monitoring systems are installed throughout this property. Any sign of smoking/vaping in or around the home will incur a $500 loss of deposit and may be cause for eviction.
• No loud music, yelling, urinating or vulgar behavior in any of the outside areas of the property. Any noise complaint will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.
• Outdoor safety surveillance cameras are present around perimeter of the house. Doorbell and 3 exterior cameras record audio/video of the driveway, walkway, back door and front porch areas (exterior only). To protect guest privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. Tampering with cameras in any way will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.
• NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant, and is installed in this property.
• Areas that are locked, such as Homeowner’s personal storage spaces, for which Guest is not provided a key, are off limits to the Guest.
• Regardless of age, Guests agree to use bunk beds and ladders at their own risk. Maximum weight limit for top bunk is 175 lbs.
• Although we are child friendly our homes are not baby or child-proof. For liability reasons we do not supply any baby furniture or equipment. Please do not hesitate to bring any extra items you may need to make your stay easier.
• Property is on multiple floors with a second-floor deck/balcony and is not baby or child-proof. It is the Guest’s responsibility to care for and have oversight of babies and/or toddlers on or within the property at all times.
• Well behaved, house & crate trained dogs are welcome for an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee per stay/per dog - up to 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed at any time due to severe allergies. Please advise before booking — Pre-Approval needed.
• Booking Guest agrees to return a Signed Electronic Rental Agreement will Full Names and Date of Birth of all Guests in the Rental Party within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled.

We’ve been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for over 20 years. Our children have grown up here. It’s our place to relax, spend time with family and make memories that will last a life time.

We have found that when vacationing with the extended family, staying in a spacious comfortable home is the only way to go. After many years of renting we finally took the plunge and in the spring of 2017 purchased our first vacation home.
