• Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM and strictly enforced by Ventnor City PD.
• No unauthorized events, parties or large gatherings allowed. Only guests listed on rental agreement are permitted to be in or around the property at any time.
• The maximum property occupancy is 8 Adults (10 with Children). No unregistered guests, extra friends, or visitors during your stay without owner’s approval.
• Booking Guest must be at least 25 years old. Proof of ID may be required at booking and/or check-in. Unrelated groups of singles are subject to owner approval. For non-family rentals, all guests must be at least 25 years old.
• No Third Party Bookings. Booking Guest must be present throughout entire stay. NO Prom/Graduation/Senior Weekend bookings accepted.
• No smoking/vaping or illicit drug use anywhere in, on, or around the premises. Cigarette Smoke Monitoring systems are installed throughout this property. Any sign of smoking/vaping in or around the home will incur a $500 loss of deposit and may be cause for eviction.
• No loud music, yelling, urinating or vulgar behavior in any of the outside areas of the property. Any noise complaint will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.
• Outdoor safety surveillance cameras are present around perimeter of the house. Doorbell and 3 exterior cameras record audio/video of the driveway, walkway, back door and front porch areas (exterior only). To protect guest privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. Tampering with cameras in any way will be cause for immediate eviction without refund.
• NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant, and is installed in this property.
• Areas that are locked, such as Homeowner’s personal storage spaces, for which Guest is not provided a key, are off limits to the Guest.
• Regardless of age, Guests agree to use bunk beds and ladders at their own risk. Maximum weight limit for top bunk is 175 lbs.
• Although we are child friendly our homes are not baby or child-proof. For liability reasons we do not supply any baby furniture or equipment. Please do not hesitate to bring any extra items you may need to make your stay easier.
• Property is on multiple floors with a second-floor deck/balcony and is not baby or child-proof. It is the Guest’s responsibility to care for and have oversight of babies and/or toddlers on or within the property at all times.
