There are so many activities and great restaurants nearby. Just a short 3 minute drive to Weirs Beach, 15 mins to Gunstock Mountain, and 9 mins to the Bank of NH Pavilion. Take in the fresh mountain air, relax on the covered deck, lounge next to the pool, and bbq with your family and friends. Spend a day (or more!) on the lake and experience the Weirs Beach fireworks display.

THE PLACE
Our place sleeps 4 and features a queen bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the living room. It has 2 TVs, DVD player, wi-fi, electric fireplace, a hair dryer, a/c, heat, lots of board games/books/movies to choose from, many large windows to allow in natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker that is great for cooking if you decide to have a quiet night in. The bathroom has a stand-up shower with skylight. The condo is also stocked with all linens.
The newly-built large covered patio has plenty of room for relaxing, there is also an outdoor picnic table and grill. You can also relax by the community’s in-ground pool. There are two designated parking spaces directly next to the unit.
The unit comes equipped with a cooler, a fold up beach/pool wagon, and camp chairs for you to use by the pool or at the beach, as well as beach towels/pool toys, and ***.

THE LOCATION / ACTIVITIES

The lakes region has something for everyone!

The unit is conveniently located off Endicott Street in the Lakes Region and just minutes away from all the Weirs Beach activities. The Lakes Region is near wonderful attractions such as art galleries, hiking/biking/fishing/golf, shopping as well as the restaurants!
Weir's Beach is a long time family favorite and only 1 mile away from the condo. There you'll find the beautiful beach as well as the boardwalk, arcades, more restaurants, the scenic railway station, and the drive-in movie theater.

Weirs Beach, or "The Weirs" as it is referred to by locals, is named for a wide, sandy, public beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Adjacent to the beach and comprising the center of the village are a boulevard and boardwalk that run along a quarter mile stretch of Lakeside Ave. The main summer port of the Winnipesaukee Flagship Company's MS Mount Washington is located on the boulevard. A large public dock is also available at this popular stop for boaters on Lake Winnipesaukee. On the opposite side of the street are several seasonal arcades and vendors that have been located there for many years. The Winnipesaukee Pier juts out into the lake from the main boulevard. The pier was constructed in 1925 and was a bustling spot for many years attracting many of the most famous big band groups of the time. Many families come to visit because mom and/or dad came with their own parents when they were kids. It's fun to share the drive-in experience with little ones and they love watching the Weirs Beach fireworks from the window in the summer! Family favorites, such as go karts, batting cages, rock climbing and mini golf are also nearby. Funspot - "The World's Largest Arcade" - is only a 3 minute walk! Kellerhaus - the oldest ice cream shop and candy maker in NH - is a 2 minute drive!

Hiking and mountain biking trails and some of the best fishing spots in the region are all nearby!
