Our waterfront home is the perfect place for friends and family to unwind. Relax on the deck or screened patio and watch the manatees play! Plenty of room for swimming, boating, and fishing from the 75-foot dock. This unique location has freshwater AND saltwater fish (bass, bluegill, snook, etc.). Visit the pristine sand bar where the canal meets the crystal clear Weeki Wachee River, which often has a floating concession stand! Enjoy the large yard filled with tropical flowers and fruit trees!Weeki Mermaid Retreat is a super clean, modern, 3-bedroom 2-bath fully furnished home in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by Florida’s untouched wilderness. The split floor plan can easily accommodate 8 (with two on a foam floor matress in the den). With a Florida room overlooking the water, a separate den, a screened patio, attached deck, and 75-foot dock, our guests have plenty of room to spread out relax. WiFi is great for internet and gaming. Roku equipped flatscreen TV's are located in all bedrooms, living room and the Florida room.

We have tried to think of everything that will make you feel at home, all you need to bring is your suitcase! The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee center, new stainless dishwasher and refrigerator, pots/pans, slow cooker, bakeware, utensils and dishes, and a pantry filled with spices, condiments, flour and sugar for cooking and baking. The screened patio Includes a stainless steel propane grill, propane smoker, a dining table with six chairs, and a relaxing swing for two. Both bathrooms have plenty of linens and towels. The reclining leather sofa and loveseat will add to your comfort in the Florida room. Videos, books and many games for kids and adults are available in the living room cabinets and in the queen bedroom closet. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your use, with detergent and fabric softener provided. All floors are wood or tile with carpet in the bedrooms. Our triple-wide driveway will easily accommodate your vehicles, boats and trailers. This is a perfect Florida retreat for family and friends!

We encourage our travelers who may have cause to cancel or need to reschedule to purchase trip/travel insurance to cover themselves. This is especially important during hurricane season, as hurricanes are not a covered reason to cancel/reschedule.
