This is a waterfront cabin on Brasstown Creek with a small waterfall in the backyard, creating peaceful sounds heard from the entire property. It sleeps 10 people. There is a basement for extra space, along with a bunk room perfect for kids.

It is 5 minutes from Lake Chatuge where you can rent boats. This cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 10 people, most comfortably 8 adults. On the main floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom with jetted tub. Also on the main floor, is the bunk room. This room has an entrance from the living space, but also a door connecting to the master if needed. It features a full over full bunk with beautiful views of the creek. Downstairs you will find the second guest room. This room has a queen bed, and a daybed with a trundle. There is a full bathroom downstairs, with private access from the guest room, along with a separate entrance from the downstairs living space.

Downstairs is a perfect for extra entertaining space. There is a large smart TV and a ping pong table. We provide tons of board games and cards. Connected to this room is the garage which also has a basketball game and foosball.

There is a wrap around driveway, along with driveway space in front of the garage for plenty of parking.

There is a fully stocked upscale kitchen, linens provided, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.

Outside is wonderful for entertaining! There is over 1,000 square feet of deck space. You can hear the waterfall from any place on the entire property. Enjoy your coffee on the deck, looking at and listening to the water down below. There is over one acre of private land on the water. The yard is nice and flat by the water, and also features a flagstone patio and firepit directly on the water. There are steps to get down into the creek which is perfect for playing in!

There is a 7 seater hot tub on the lower level deck overlooking the water. Also on the bottom deck is an outdoor TV and bar top overlooking the water. Perfect for watching football games outside in the fall!

There is also a small tiny house created just for kids. There are books, games and toys inside the tiny house.

It is 5 minutes from Lake Chatuge where you can rent boats. It is also very close to golfing, wineries, restaurants, hiking, whitewater rafting, and more.

Prior to booking, you must let us know how many people will be present at the house, specifying adults and children. Our minimum age of renting is 25 years old.

We do provide a high chair and plenty of kid toys and books.

**Pets are allowed but must have a pre approval. There is a max of two pets and there is a $75 pet fee per pet***
