Vista Peak - A luxury family mountain home - Winter Park

Five year old mountain home offered for rental for the first time! This home has a ton of upgrades - Custom fire pit, custom outdoor fireplace on a wrap-around deck with views of the ski resort and Byer's peak, new Bullfrog 7-person hot tub on the back patio, gourmet kitchen, radiant in-floor heat, ceiling fans and smart TVs in all bedrooms, pool table and tons of family games, outdoor sectional, dining table, and rocking chairs to enjoy the million-dollar unobstructed views. Our family built this home with luxury and ease in mind, and now we are ready to share it with you!

The home, called Vista Peak, is located in the Rendezvous neighborhood of Fraser - the town next to Winter Park. Door to door driving time is less than 10 minutes from our front door to the WP base. If you prefer not to drive, the free Lift bus has several stops in Rendezvous, taking you directly to the WP base.

Rendezvous has a well-known trail system, which you can see from our back deck. You can mountain bike or hike on these trails, leaving the house and going down through Rendezvous to the Fraser River Trail, or going up to the Arapahoe National Forest located behind Rendezvous.

Grand County offers year-round outdoor activities. Fifteen minutes North of Rendezvous on route 40 brings you to Devil's Thumb Ranch and Snow Mountain Ranch, which both offer dozens of activities for the whole family. Another 15 minutes down the road will bring you to Grand Lake, home to a busy but quaint town situated on the shores of Grand Lake and neighboring Shadow Mountain Lake. Both are gorgeous lakes with a mountain backdrop. Boating, Sailing, Fishing, Hiking, and Stand-up paddleboarding are popular in this area. Grand Lake is also at the back door of Rocky Mountain National Park, one of the most popular national parks in the country.
