Laundry room on-site, equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry soap.
We have a fenced-in backyard perfect for your pets. We have a paved patio, with seating to lounge and enjoy the views. Pool has a waterfall with attached hot tub. The pool is not separately fenced, so please watch your children and pets. We do have audible chimes on doors to the backyard so you are alerted when someone enters the backyard. Please swim at own risk- there is no lifeguard, no diving, no running on pool deck. Pool and hot tub heater is available for additional charge.

-Fireplace inside, outside, and outdoor firepit are not available March-October.
-Guests must sign Rental Agreement that is sent via Email.
-$300 security deposit is required for any potential damages or loss of items.
-Guests are charged additional fee to heat the pool & spa, to cover cost of propane used.
-Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival. Pet fee is $150 per stay.
-If animal hair or waste is found after your stay, guest will be charged $300 for additional cleaning.
