Walking distance to all of the best Santa Cruz has to offer: Cowell's Beach, the Municipal Wharf, the Boardwalk, Steamer Lane, the surfing museum and downtown Santa Cruz.

This wonderful home was built in 1946 for one of the pioneer fishing families in Santa Cruz. It is truly the quintessential FAMILY home. All on one level, pecan hardwood floors throughout. The backyard is perfect for croquet or bocce ball. A soak in the large, private hot tub will provide a perfect end for your perfect day at the beach.

My family has lived in Santa Cruz for 4 generations. We have admired this property for a long time, driving by it daily. It had been owned by the same family for the past 65 years. We are only the 2nd owners. As soon as we learned that it was for sale, we did what we had to do to make it ours! It is truly a piece of Santa Cruz history and we are happy to share it with you!

$1000.00 deposit required to book. Refunded within 10 days, assuming no damage has occurred and no extra cleaning is required.

Cancellation Policy

full refund if cancelled before 60 days prior to scheduled date of arrival. If cancelled within 60 days prior to scheduled date of arrival, no refund will be issued.
