BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
★ Full names and photo IDs of all adult guests (including the guest who makes the booking) age 18 and over must be provided at least 7 days prior to the beginning of the booking (or the day the booking is made in the event it is booked within 7 days of the start of the booking. Access to the property will not be granted until the names of all guests have been provided).

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
★ Arrival/Check-in: 4:00pm or later
★ Departure/Check-out: no later than 11:00am
★ Late Check-out Fee: $50 when key fob is put in lock-box any later than 11:00am on the day of departure (This is determined by when the lock-box code is generated when the keys are returned to the lock-box); and an extra night fee is charged on top of the $50 if keys are not returned by 12pm
★ Lost/Unreturned Key Fee: $250

COMMUNITY STANDARDS
★ Please be respectful of other residents and property staff
★ Quiet hours are to be observed between 9:00pm and 8:00am
★ Decibel-monitoring system from NoiseAware (100% privacy-compliant) is active inside this property to ensure compliance.
★ No parties, events, or gatherings.
★ Disturbances related to any party, event, or gathering will incur a non-negotiable $500 fine
★ No overnight guests other than those listed in the booking are permitted.
★ Overnight guests in excess of those listed in the original booking will result in an additional fee of $50 per person per night.

NO SMOKING/OPEN FLAMES
★ No Smoking, Vaping, or use of Marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
★ No burning candles, incense, or any other open flame.

NO PETS
★ Pets are not allowed inside this particular property. Bringing a pet and not disclosing you are doing so will result in a $250 fine.

VIOLATIONS
The person making the reservation and any others included therein are responsible for upholding all the House rules and property/community policies as well as all local/federal laws. The person making the reservation and any others included therein shall be responsible for any other individuals they may admit into the property and see to it that those individuals also abide by the same House Rules, property/community policies, and local/federal laws.

Violation of any of the house rules by the person making the reservation, others included therein, or anyone else they should admit into the property shall constitute grounds for termination of the reservation without refund and immediate removal of the guest from the property by the host and/or local authorities.
