Overview

"Snowed Inn" is located at Sugar Mountain. There is a shuttle that runs from right outside our front door to Sugar Mountain ski resort starting Christmas Day. Shuttle runs every 30 min. Condo has been recently updated with a new kitchen and new hardwood floors. Less than 10 min to downtown Banner Elk, less than 20 min to Beech Mountain ski resort, less than 20 min to Boone and less than 30 min to Blowing Rock. Breathtaking mountain views off the back porch. Master Bedroom has a queen bed. Guest bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top and a queen on bottom. A queen size deluxe air mattress is located in the master closet. High speed Wi-Fi internet. Three tvs one in the master bedroom, one in the guest bedroom and one in the living room. Two desk in the condo. One in the guest room and one in the living room. Full size washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. No steps on the property, all one floor. Prices included all linens and towels. Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am.

Getting around

Located 5 minuted up Sugar Mountain. During heavy snow/ice 4WD or AWD might be needed to get up and down Sugar Mountain.

Payment Policy

We accept Paypal, Venmo or Stripe.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refunds for security deposit will be refunded after checkout inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is NO refunds. Once dates are taken off the market, they become unavailable to other renters. With owner approval, guest may find a replacement renter or gift their dates (not future dates) to someone else. Guest MUST cancel the original reservation before owner will assist in trying to rebook the dates. The owner is under no obligation to find a replacement renter for the guest.

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weathe, snow/ice, COVID-19 bans/restrictions, etc.. as NO REFUNDS will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
