House Rules

- No parties or events of any kind.
- No pets
- No smoking
- No third party (non-direct) bookings

- Check-in is anytime after 15:00

- Check-out by 11:00

- A signed rental agreement by the main guest is required.

- A copy of a government issued passport for all staying guests is required.

- Alarm system needs to be enabled before leaving the property.

- We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else.

- We require a €600 security deposit for all bookings.

- No refunds in case of the closure of establishments in Curaçao, general power outages or equipment malfunction.

- Parties or events will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund

Payment Policy

The tenant will have access to the rented object, if:
- The rental agreement has been completed and signed by the main tenant, and
- The Addendum swimming pool has been completed and signed by the main tenant, and
- A copy of the passport of all staying guests is included, and
- Full payment, including deposit, has been transfered.

Refundable Damage Deposit

For every booked period, a deposit of €600.00 will be paid by the tenant. Refund of the deposit occurs within 7 days after the end of the stay.

The deposit will be charged with the following costs;
- Any damages or missing items
- Leaving after the 11:00 am checkout time without arranging it with us beforehand
- Excessive electricity consumption above 10 KwH per day. Extra consumption will be charged at cost price of € 0.55 per KwH.
- Optional intermediate cleaning; this is a small optional weekly cleaning for rentals longer than 7 nights. € 45,-. (Extra cleaning services are available at an additional cost).

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation conditions are as follows:

In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation from the 28th day up to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation, your deposit will be fully refunded
