Get ready to relax and enjoy all the pleasures that this Cabin has to offer, including the private courtyard with a hot tub, grill and fire pit to enjoy after a long day of skiing, hiking, or exploring!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Smart lock, you will receive a custom code prior to arrival that will be valid during your stay. Simply press the circular "Yale" button, followed by the code, followed by the check mark. To lock before you head out anywhere, simply press the circular "Yale" button.

-Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM
-Minimum renting age 23.
-Maximum 4 adults.
-No food or drink in hot tub. If hot tub needs to be drained and filled due to guest negligence, there will be a $250 fee to drain and refill the hot tub.
-No additional guests that are not listed in your reservation.
-No fire works at this property as they are illegal in Conway.
-Be advised of the 5mph speed limit on the private road.
-Renter agrees to all rules above and understands that any violation of the rules could lead to eviction without refund.

Payment Policy

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refund will be no later than 7 days after check out if there aren’t any issues.

Cancellation Policy

Payment #1: $250.00 Deposit will be due at booking. Dates will not be blocked off until deposit is received. Fully refundable up to 30 days before stay.
Payment #2: Balance in Full
Balance due no later than 14 days prior to check-in. 50% refundable if cancelled at least 7 days prior to check-in.

Please be advised that the bedrooms are connected and there are security cameras on property.

Camera 1 is facing outward, toward the porch. Camera 2 is located on the side, facing outward toward the driveway. Camera 3 is located on the home facing the yard and swing. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device
