We are Dmitry and Alexandra. We have two small kids. We've purchased this property in early 2022 and have spent a year completely revamping and renovating it into a cozy, charming and rustic cottage suitable for families with children. We hope you enjoy this property as much as our family does.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We have a smart lock to enter the property. Guests will be provided with a code. Due to tight turnover times we are strict with check-in and check-out times

Check Out: 11AM

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 6

Room 1 - King bed + removable crib
Room 2 - Queen bed
Room 3 - Twin over Double bunk bed

House Rules

• No overnight guests
• No parties
• No music outside after 11pm
• No smoking in the cottage
• No unattended children under 12 in the hot tub or waterfront

Payment Policy

We require a 50% deposit upon booking with the remaining balance+security deposit due 7 days before the reservation day

Refundable Damage Deposit

We collect a fully refundable $1000 deposit a week before check-in to cover any damage caused to the property (accidental or not). If damages are below $1000 the difference will be returned to the guests. If damages exceed $1000 the guest will be billed and is expected to cover the difference. Guests bringing pets will be required to pay an additional, fully refundable security deposit of $500.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 30 days before reservation date for a full refund of deposit

Notes

Fishing boat rental is $350/week which includes a tank of gas. Guests must sign a liability waiver and have a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
