The inviting open floor plan connects the spacious living room with the dining area and the kitchen with its large breakfast counter. The living / dining area faces the beautiful backyard, and it flows out through large sliding doors to the expansive, private backyard with beautiful desert landscapes, magical unobstructed mountain views, and lots of loungers in the shade and a covered dining area, a saltwater pool (can be heated, fees apply) and a separate jacuzzi (heating free of charge).
The backyard has a built-in gas BBQ, plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, a covered dining area, and pool floats.

The living room features two comfortable couches with side and coffee tables, a spacious sideboard and a 43-inch flat screen TV with ROKU setting, and all your personal channels for you to log into.

The kitchen is well-equipped with top level appliances, such as a stainless steel fridge with freezer and filtered water and ice maker, a stainless steel dishwasher, a stainless steel, gas range and microwave, an air fryer, a double toaster, separate toaster oven, drip coffee maker and milk frothier. The kitchenware includes a hand mixer, a blender for smoothies and drinks, an egg cooker, a wok, plenty of pots, pans, glass- and dining ware.
Spices, coffee and tea are provided as well.

We do of course provide towels, bedding and linens as well as toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels, detergent and cleaning supplies.

The home is fully equipped with everything you could ever need including and not limited to: Central AC and heating, kitchen with top not appliances, such as ovens, toaster ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, etc., and of course the kitchen has all the amenities you’d want from drip coffee maker, water heater kettle, frothier, mixer, blender, plenty of cooking, glass and dining ware, and pantries with spices, coffee, tea and more.
There are plenty of towels, linens, hair dryer, and free toiletries made available as well. And we have pool toys, floats and games for you.


Bedroom configuration:
The master bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite full bathroom with a separate toilet and a spacious walk-in closet. You also find a large 55-inch flat screen TV.
The purple guest room has a queen bed and a large mirror closet.
The lavender guest room has two twins and a large mirror closet.
The two rooms share the full bathroom with shower and tub.
The 4th guest room has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower (ADU / attached garage converted room) and a separate entrance.

Soar to the top of Mount San Jacinto on the world-famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, or hike the ancient palm groves of the Indian Canyons. OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
We offer some optional extras for you to choose from, and inform you of the associated fees as follows:

POOL HEATING:
Fee $185 per day per pool, if you choose to heat one or both pools pools on any day during your stay (you don't need to heat the pool during your entire stay).

SPA HEATING:
Fee $95 per day / per spa (from 6 - 10 pm) on the dates and time you choose to enjoy the spa.

Discounts for pool and spa heat are negotiable with stays over one week.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
Fee $150 per option / per villa. Early check in allow access from 8 am on your arrival date. Late check out allows you to stay until 6 pm on the departure day. The regular check in time is from 4 pm, check out time is by 11 am. You can choose to book these options for one or both villas. The option is subject to availability as we have to block the adjacent travel dates for you. We suggest booking this early as availability is limited.

PET FEES:
Fee $195 per pet / per stay. We allow your furry family members to join you, and we would appreciate it, if you could kindly use poop bags and remove any pet remnants from the property (such as backyard / front yard, etc.).

EXTRA GUEST FEE:
Fee $50 / night / guest from 8 guests. While the property allows up to 12 guests, we do charge an extra guest fee for any guests after 8 guests.

CITY NOISE ORDINANCE: Palm Springs laws prohibit music and loud noise outside, and charge a fine of $500 per complaint, which the guest is responsible for.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: This property requires a security deposit paid with check in via PayPal (CaDesertVacation@gmail.com) and refunded within 3 days of departure. Any damaged items, and fines are deducted.

The owner and Management Company are not liable for any accidents or injuries occurring on the premises. Kindly note that using the pool and spa is at your own risk, and that you should consult with your physician before using the pool and/or spa. Areas around the pool and spa are slippery, and we ask that you are careful coming out of the pol and spa. Jumping from the side lines into the pool is dangerous, and we suggest you avoid that. Children should never be outside around the pools pool and spas without adult supervision as the pools and spas are not fenced.

NOTE: The homes are located 15 minutes from Palm Springs airport and airplane noise can be heard depending on the direction of the winds.
