My 3 level townhome is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near wooded walking/biking trails that eventually feed into the trails along Fairfax County Parkway and the W O&D. Grocery and other retail stores are located nearby about a mile away.
Currently, I offer 3 guest rooms. Each room is sufficiently comfortable for 1-2 persons. Also each room has its own designated bathroom, so no sharing necessary!

* 40" inch plasma TV with full access to cable

•Home office space located on the upper level, equipped with wireless internet – perfect quiet area for working or studying.
•Powder room located on main level
•Well - appointed kitchen.
•Open space living room/dining room area with hardwood flooring
•Custom built patio deck suitable for casual outdoor dining for up to 6 people. 6 burner gas grill with serving area.
•Media/Sitting area on the ground floor – 60” plasma TV with home theater system surround sound, wood fireplace, 80” wide sofa converts to a queen size bed.
•Washer/Dryer room
My guest rooms are ideal for out-of-towners visiting family nearby or serious minded college students/business travelers looking for a cozier home environment in lieu of a sterile hotel/dormitory accommodation.

We have a surcharge of $25/per guest/per night for reservations with more than 3 registered guests, including children & infants.
The home is equipped with a keyless door system. It photographs front & patio door motions for safety & security purposes. Tampering with the security system constitutes as a violation of the home safety policy & is basis for reservation termination.
••Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in my home.
•Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house – smoking permitted on upper patio deck
•No pets allowed.
•Absolutely no large parties or gatherings (more than 10 people) allowed in my home.
•I have a no shoe policy in my home. Please remove your shoes before entering my home, place them in the foyer closet and/or carry them back to your respective bedroom closet.
•I reserve the right to allow maintenance and housekeeping staff into my home during your visit. I will do my best to inform you of their arrival beforehand.
•I have local friends and neighbors who are helping me monitor my home while I am away. I reserve the right to allow them to drop by to check on my home and my guests in my absence.
The check out professional housekeeping fee is required and non-negotiable.
I keep my home very clean. Please be respectful as far as clutter and cleaning after yourself, especially in the designated common areas.
