Looking for a spacious, elegant family vacation home close to the Disney Parks with all the amenities to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible? Then this is the place for you! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-story townhome is located in the gated community of Paradise Palms resort and is right across the street from a top-of-the-line Clubhouse Complex that is complimentary with rental. The complex has an Olympic-sized pool, water slide, poolside bar, sauna, gym, two Jacuzzis, splash pad area for kids, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, movie theater, game room, small store, and more!

The townhome can sleep 8 guests, has Harry Potter & Mickey themed rooms, a beautiful lake view, and is only minutes to the theme parks! One bathroom, and one bedroom that is equipped with a queen bed, are located on the first floor. The other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom upstairs is an en suite with a king-sized bed. The two themed rooms each contain two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's and have recently been updated with premium vinyl flooring! The back patio has its very own screened in splash pool for your personal use that can be heated for an additional cost ($25 per day).

Bookings must be in name of guest staying in property. No third party bookings. Guests must be 21 or older to book.

House Rules

* Each guest staying at the property must be registered with the resort (the clubhouse will only allow entry to registered guests). This includes children.
*Max occupancy is 8, including children. No exceptions.
* Quiet hours in the resort are from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
* Speed limit in the resort is 10 miles per hour.
* Windows and doors must be locked anytime guests leave the unit.
* Guests must leave the unit in the same condition as found. This includes ensuring that furniture is in the same place as arrival, dishes are cleaned upon departure, and garbage is removed upon departure (garbage is picked up daily and should be placed in the bench outside the front door by 8:00AM daily).
* Any damage done to the property is the guest responsibility.
* Owner assumes no liability for property loss or damage, nor liability for accidents or injury.
* Pool heat available for $25 per day. Pool heat requires 24 hr. notice for pool to be fully heated. No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.
